We have.....TEETH!

Carter got his first two teeth in the past 2 weeks! His first one came in about a week and a half ago and his second one came in today - both of his bottom two front ones. When I can get a good picture of them, I'll post it! Such a big boy!

The big EIGHT months!

Look who's 8 months old!!



He is loving be able to interact more with his big brother and is entertained by everything that he does!

He is mainly off the baby food except for the snacks. He loves trying to eat anything we are eating but is good with fruit, chicken, crackers, bread, etc. Still having a little trouble with dairy but seems to be doing a bit better. He LOVES sitting with us and eating- such a big boy!
He has also mastered "Dada" and a few times I have heard "Mama" :) and he is trying to crawl!! He's got a bit of an army crawl down and he's working on making himself more mobile - look out!!

Best. Daddy. Ever.

Kayden made a Father's Day gift for his daddy at daycare (the answers he comes up with are too cute!)....

Carter's Baptism

We had Carter baptised this weekend and had such a wonderful time with family! My brother and his family came from MI and my sister and her family came over from IN. We decided to do "make your own pizza" night on Saturday evening and had so much fun.



This morning, we had Carter's baptism and it was a wonderful ceremony. It was so nice to have our family there to share it with us!


My brother, Shawn, and Kraig's sister, Danelle, are Carter's Godfather and Godmother.

Thank you to everyone for sharing this special day with us - some day Carter will thank you too! ;)

She did it AGAIN!

My wonderful friend Colleen took more family pictures for us this past week and once again, they turned out amazing!! Every time we have pictures taken, I always get worried that she won't get a good shot and EVERY time - I have so many that I love!! I should really stop worrying. Second Generation Friends

Two of my best friends from growing up brought their kids over to play with my boys today. Jenny (who has been one of my best friends since Kindergarten!) has her two kids (who have been on my blog before) Cael and Paige. And April (who has also been one of my best friends since grade school!) just had a baby girl (right before Carter was born!) Savannah. I'm sure these kids are going to grow up to be the best of friends as well! :)

 

Oh yeah, getting 5 kids to look at the camera AND smile....Impossible!!! :)

Staying Cool

We had a nice, hot day today so we found some ways to stay cool! Kayden loved running thru his sprinkler but then had a BLAST when our neighbors got out their inflatable waterslide - what a fun time!!



Carter just enjoyed hanging out in the shade and watching!
